Marsha Michael
Founder & Creative Director
Marsha Michael’s career is nothing short of impressive. She joined the United States Army as a Human Resources specialist when she was 18 years old. Her natural ability to lead and keen attention to details originated while she was becoming the Non Commission Officer In Charge (NCOIC) of her section. In that capacity, Marsha was in charge of awards and promotion ceremonies, Family Day events, and all unit functions for over 1000 Soldiers. Her military experience has transplanted all ideas about discipline and organization, which will grow to be the roots of her career in event planning.
